     RPO Model

As a part of this process we will:

  • Develop and execute cost-effective sourcing strategies and supporting processes for key recruiting channels including employee referral programs, Internet advertising, print media, industry networks, and third party agency partners (contingency and retained).

  • Create and market an employment brand to key candidate population, positioning you as an employer of choice.

  • Attend association meetings and events to market your organization to potential clients and candidates.

  • Assist in the development of a candidate marketing system to be used in the interview process (company overview, benefit overview, etc.).

  • Evaluate the current interview process and work with hiring teams to develop a consistent interview process with standardized interview guides and evaluation tools.

  • Assist or lead the training of interviewers on the recruiting and interview process. 

  • Provide a candidate tracking system to refer to and document the candidate pipeline.   

  • Establish key recruitment metrics to measure success.

  • Assist with the development and management of a recruitment budget, including negotiating and managing contracts/agreements where applicable.

  • Establish on-boarding process for new hires and assist with developing retention strategies.
