C&C will work directly with hiring authorities to determine hiring needs and fully evaluate the specific requirements through scoping sessions. Job descriptions will be reviewed with key competencies being determined for each position. A sourcing strategy will be established utilizing requirements, competitor targets and key competencies. C&C will source candidates through a variety of sourcing methods including cold-calling, networking, job boards, C&C database, employee referrals, etc.
Identified candidates will be pre-screened and presented to respective hiring authorities. The Recruiting consultant will coordinate the interview process including scheduling and all candidate communication. C&C will partner with hiring authorities to determine offers based on candidate expectations, market conditions and internal equity and budget. The Recruiting Consultant will negotiate and close the candidate, actively selling the opportunity and your company.C&C will assist in the on-boarding of new hires and continue to communicate with successful candidates prior to their start dates to keep them excited about their new position.
